The Kanomax Indoor Air Quality Monitor – Model 2212 simplifies the labor involved and eliminates the need to purchase and learn multiple instruments. It simultaneously measures multiple parameters such as: CO, CO2, Temperature, and Relative Humidity. Kanomaz IAQ Monitor is known for its great feature of quick start-up and high accuracy in measuring , with Sampling function records of multiple point measurements, where it store the data, and calculate the maximum, minimum and average value when it is set to Calculation Mode.
It is capable of calculating Dew Point, Web Bulb Temperature, Absolute Humidity, Humidity Ratio and % Outside Air. Calibration is easy and can be done by the user.
The monitor can also check CO2 levels and determine the rate of exchange, or the % of outside air, being introduced to a building per ASHRAE standard 62. It is capable of examining a building’s IAQ conditions to optimize worker productivity and features quick start-up and high accuracy in measuring CO2 and CO concentration levels in the environment.
In addition, the Monitor has impressive measurements specifications, where it has a measuring range between 0 to 500ppm and 0 to 5000ppm for CO and CO2, respectively, and an accuracy of ±3% of the read value for both measurements. Additionally, for temperature and relative humidity, the measuring range is between -20°C to 60°C, and 2 to 98%RH, respectively, with an accuracy of ±0.5°C for temperature, and ±2% for the range 2 to 80%RH, and ±3% for the range 80 to 98%RH.
Generally, Kanomax IAQ Monitor 2212 requires 6 AA Batteries or a stable DC power supply from 0 to 1V for the measuring device with dimensions of 3.4″ x 7.4″ x 1.6″, and a sensor probe that is 12.5 inches in lengths, and a diameter of 1.0 inch, weighting in total 500g.
With the easy user self-calibration option, and multiple measurements intake, IAQ Monitor is practical and flexible in many applications, such as IAQ Investigation, Building Commissioning, Thermal Comfort Control, Employee Health and Industrial Hygiene.
